The client came to us with a mood board that spoke in warm neutrals and quiet history cream garden roses resting on linen, a gilded vanity mirror catching afternoon light, lace draped over antique wood, and a close-up of hand-chased gold leaf scrollwork that made the reference unmistakable. She wanted something that felt inherited rather than purchased, romantic without being fussy. We translated those references into the Isla: a 1.00ct IGI-certified marquise lab-grown diamond, E color and VVS2 clarity, set in 14K yellow gold whose warm tone mirrors the burnished gilding throughout her board. The hand-engraved floral and leaf motifs running the full length of the 1.8mm band are a direct answer to that scrollwork detail she had pinned, giving the finished ring exactly the heirloom depth she was after.
