The client arrived with a saved image of a classic pear halo engagement ring in white gold a design they described as elegant and timeless. They loved the proportions and the way the halo amplified the center stone, but they wanted to personalize it for a partner who gravitated toward pink tones and appreciated jewelry that made a quiet statement. The brief was clear: preserve the silhouette and metal choice, but find a way to make the ring feel unmistakably theirs without abandoning the sophistication of traditional bridal design.

3D render

Once the concept was approved, our design team built the first 3D renders to confirm proportions and balance. We explored halo widths that would frame the 2.15-carat pear without overwhelming its elongated silhouette, settling on a single row of white brilliant rounds that enhanced the pink center without competing for attention. The 18K white gold prongs were positioned to secure the point and curves while allowing maximum light return. The client reviewed angles from every side, confirming the profile sat low enough for daily wear and the pink held visual weight against the white halo.

Stone selection
